To provide you with a premium, uninterrupted experience, we operate on a strictly scheduled basis. Here is why the 50% Token Security Money is mandatory for our operations:
- ➤ Dedicated Resource Allocation: Once you book, we block the team and vehicle solely for you. We stop taking other orders for that slot.
- ➤ Operational Logistics: We often mobilize specialized vehicles from Lucknow, Prayagraj, or nearby zones 24 hours in advance to guarantee your schedule.
- ➤ Last-Minute Cancellations: If an order is canceled, we bear the sunk costs of fuel, labor, and transport. The Token Money acts as a financial safeguard for these non-recoverable expenses.
- ➤ Non-Refundable Policy: As this fee covers the opportunity cost of blocking resources, it is strictly non-refundable.
3. Payment Transparency & Structure
We believe in clarity from start to finish. Our payment flow is designed for your peace of mind:
Step 1: 50% Token at the time of booking.
Step 2: Remaining balance due immediately after loading is completed.
Step 3: A nominal amount (₹1,000 - ₹2,000) is held as 'To-Pay'.
Step 4: Final settlement at the destination point once unloading is finished.
Note: The 'To-Pay' structure ensures that our team remains dedicated to your needs until every box is placed in your new home.
4. Insurance & Safety Protocol
While we handle your goods with the utmost care, we encourage proactive protection.
- 🛡️ Insurance Mandate: Transit Insurance is an optional but highly recommended service. You must declare your intention to take insurance at the time of initial booking.
- 🗓️ Weekend Limitation: Insurance processing is tied to banking/office hours. Insurance cannot be activated on Saturdays or Sundays. Please ensure all paperwork is completed by Friday.
